When we inspect a roof we take photographs of the property's roof and rainwater goods for the photographic report we send you and for our own job records.

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a free inspection, prepare a written quote and carry out any work you instruct.

To keep records of work completed, quotes issued and guarantees given, and to deal with any guarantee claim or query afterwards.

To meet our legal and accounting obligations as a limited company.
